2025 Bedroom trends

Ready for a fresh take on your existing bedroom? Or building a new home and you have your certificate of occupancy. We are here to give you some quick trends that we foresee to be a hit in 2025.

The design community is moving away from cold stark interiors and making room for a more inviting experience, think cozy bedroom vibes.

Interior bedroom design trends create a warm bedroom experience.

Wallpapered walls layered with heirloom pieces and new.

1. Warmer colors (hues)

We predict to see a rise of colors (in our industry called hues) similar to Fall. Think of deeply saturated ambers, chestnuts, and crimson to name a few. This can be in paint, wallpaper, and furniture pieces.

2. CONTRASTING COLORS

Using two different colors; one for the walls and another for trim and baseboards is gaining popularity. Envision walls in blue with green trim, doors, and baseboards. The success of pulling this off in a bedroom is using the correct value of each color.

3. MIXING MATERIALS

The era of whitewashed oak floors and stark white ceilings is fading. Our design team foresees the use of warmer materials combined in unique ways. Imagine travertine floors laid in inventive patterns alongside walnut wood accents on walls and ceilings. Stone for accent walls with richly stained furniture pieces.

4. BIOPHILIC DESIGN

The shift towards eco-friendly elements has brought Biophilic design into homes. Incorporating nature's elements, such as plants, waterfalls, and rock walls, promotes tranquility. Allowing the exterior environment and interior environment to be designed as one.

5. VINTAGE FURNITURE + FABRIC

Leaning into the Biophilic design vintage furniture allows a space to feel collected and layered when mixed well with new pieces. Telling a story through the transformation from new to classic, offering an unpredictable and inherently beautiful visual journey.

Stay on trend in 2025 with saturated paint colors for your bedroom.
