This custom-built ranch-style home was a blast from the past. Our team did a whole house major renovation, taking the home down to the studs and breathing new life by adding in an abundance of natural light through new dormers and windows. Infusing local spirit with a play on Biophilic design, our team repurposed reclaimed wood from the original home and used antlers found on the land to design a bespoke chandelier. We allowed other details of the land to shine through by adding in an abundance of storage with custom designed cabinets and sunbaked bespoke clay tile from local artists. Neutral textural finishings completed the home with a modern take on farmhouse design.
